Built in pump is great, I have the included drain line running up about 5 feet to reach a drain.
The unit is working great and much quieter vs a smaller capacity "consumer" unit
It is absolutely incredible and does an amazing job at keeping at keeping our crawl space dry and
keeps out mildew. Although it is pricey or so I thought, it is worth the price! So pleased with it!
This unit worked for 3 months continuously (never off), then failed. BaseAir's customer service was
excellent - they gave easy to follow instructions for diagnosing the unit (failed temperature sensor
-probe), quickly shipped the replacement part, and I had it up and running like a snap.
